I know wikipedia is not always the most reliable of resources, but I thought this gives a really good visual for what the ketogenic diet is all about.
Ben is on the classic ketogenic diet. I've read about others adding the MCT oil, but I didn't realize that it changed the amount of carbs quite so much or that the dietary fat was different as well. Since he had an adverse reaction to the coconut oil, I am hesitant to ask about the MCT oil.
